All caregivers introduced through D Home Care are independent contractors.
Any care arrangement, agreement, payment, schedule, or supervision is solely between the family and the caregiver.

D Home Care is not responsible for:

• Care outcomes

• Acts or omissions of caregivers

• Disputes between families and caregivers

4. No Medical Advice

D Home Care does not provide medical, nursing, or clinical advice.
Any information on this website is for general informational purposes only.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Conduct your own interviews and due diligence

• Enter agreements directly with caregivers

• Comply with all applicable laws

6. Fees

Referral or matching fees, if applicable, are disclosed prior to service.
Fees are for referral services only and do not cover caregiving services.
